How to Apply

The financial assistance and scholarship application processes are handled at the local school level.

  • If you are a prospective Catholic elementary school parent, the first step is to identify the preferred school for your child. Find a Catholic school near you and discuss the financial aid process with their enrollment team.
  • If you are a current Catholic elementary school parent, please contact your school to discuss the financial aid process and obtain a direct link to their grant and aid application. A completed and verified grant and aid application is required at most schools to be considered for financial assistance.
  • K-12 students, whose families earn up to 300% of the federal income poverty level, may be eligible to receive an Illinois Invest In Kids Act Tax Credit Scholarship. This is subject to the availability to funds. There is a separate process to apply for these scholarships.
  • For scholarship opportunities at the high school level, the first step is to contact the selected high school to determine the local prcess t apply for financial assistance. Additionally, these Scholarship and Tuition Assistance Options includes opportunities offered through non-archdiocesan partner organizations.
