Student Support

Acreditación

All archdiocese-run Catholic schools in Cook and Lake Counties apply for and have received accreditation by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE). To maintain accreditation with ISBE, our Catholic schools provide documentation of compliance with state regulations on health and safety, curriculum, scheduling, student identification and adherence to other applicable Illinois policies for non-public schools. This rigorous state accreditation process requires an annual data submission to verify compliance, as well as regular site visits from outside auditors.

In addition, the Archdiocese of Chicago has an internal quality assurance program by which we regularly review all our Catholic schools for academic and operational performance and engage with them on continuous improvement planning and implementation.
