All Catholic elementary schools and high schools in the Archdiocese of Chicago are invited to attend the 48th annual African American Heritage Prayer Service in 2026. Students in grades 6-12 are invited to attend this sacred event centered on the richness of diversity, the beauty of unity, and the power of storytelling. Tentative details follow:

Location: Holy Name Cathedral, 735 N. State Street
Presider: Father Steven Bell, CSP
