    St. Thomas of Villanova Parish

St. Thomas of Villanova Pastor, Rev. Thomas Rzepiela wanted to show support for our Police Personnel, especially in light of all the recent dishonoring of police across our country. He commissioned posters be made offering thanks and prayers to our local police personnel. After all weekend Masses, parishioners were invited to write their own message to the police on the posters. Fr. Tom then met with Palatine Police Chief, Alan Stoeckel and Deputy Police Chief, Mike Seebacher. On behalf of the Parish, he promised them prayers of protection and prayers of gratitude for all that the Police Department does for the parishioners of St. Thomas Parish and for the community. He presented them with the homemade posters from the Parish, which humbled the Chief and Deputy Chief. They decided to present the posters to all Police personnel at their next shift role call. The posters are now displayed at the Palatine Police Station for all to see. God bless our Police.
