The Adopt a School program is an excellent way for businesses and individuals to get involved with a particular school.

How does it work?

Donors are able to select a school and become involved in its ongoing needs that include scholarship, deferred maintenance, and general operations. Over time strong relationships are developed between the donor and the school with the end result being a financially viable and managerially sound operation that will endure.

Who benefits?

The management, staff, and students of the school that is selected will be the prime benefactors of the donor’s time, talent, and treasure. The donor, in turn, will have the knowledge and tangible evidence that their participation will have had lasting impact on the lives of so many people connected with their school of choice.

How much do I need to contribute?

Donors are normally asked to consider gifts of $100,000 per year over a three-year span. This provides the school with an initial infusion of funds to get it off on the right track followed by a period to develop the planning necessary for long-term sustainability. Donors are asked to play a role in this planning and development in addition to their financial support.
